Moose FM CKNR 94.1 - Elliot Lake

Autopsies are planned this morning for two men killed in a blaze in Sudbury. Shortly after 8 pm yesterday, Sudbury Fire Services responded to a fire call on Bruce Street in Sudbury. The fire was extinguished and contained to a single apartment where one man was located deceased apparently as a result of the fire. A second male was located in the stairwell deceased however his death does not appear to be a direct result of the fire. The names of both men are not being released at this time to allow the families to notify those close to them. The investigation is continuing and residents are now allowed to return to their apartments.
