Drum roll please.....results! I lost three pounds in the last week and I couldn't be happier! I had my weigh-in day on Friday and I'm starting to shed the pounds. See, you can do it too! I can honestly say that I have not dramatically altered my lifestyle and I am losing the weight the SMART way. Sure, some people may say 'three pounds, who cares', but it is three pounds in the right direction. And hey, that's only my first week of results! For example, if I lose three pounds each week, after 10 weeks, that's 30 pounds!! Which will make a huge difference. Sure, I am not in big number territory yet, but stick with me folks, because I will get there. With the help of my wonderful trainers at Body Waves and my ever so critical husband.....in the words of Steve “Uh, Marie...have you watched your fat content today??” I'm having a great time so far and thanks for sticking with me!
