Friday, August 6th The 85th Annual Dunnville Lions Carnival continues. Free admission and just $18 for an unlimited ride bracelet. Don't miss the Battle of the Bands at 6:00pm!
Saturday, August 7th Sundrim Golf Course is holding a golf fundraiser in support of the West Haldimand General Hospital. Come out and support your local hospital. Shotgun start at 11:00am. Just $100 per person. Call for details, 905-765-4340. It's a special event! The 6th Annual Ride for Cancer from Caledonia to Port Dover. Known as "Freddie the 13th" in honour of Fred Gauld, a retired Hamilton police officer that died suddenly from a brain tumor. Any vehicles are welcome. For details, call Frank at 905-772-7118. It's the last day of the 85th Annual Dunnville Lions Carnival. Doors open at noon and admission is free. Check out Open Mic Amateur Night at 7:00pm. Sign-up at Flyers Cafe on Queen Street. Thursday, August 19th Crime Stoppers of Haldimand, Norfolk and Tillsonburg is holding its 19th Annual Charity Golf Tournament at Sundrim Golf Course in Caledonia. The fun gets started at 11:00am.
The Friends of the Dunnville Public Library are holding a Summer-Long Book Sale at the library. The sale runs through August 28th and is available during library hours.
