A high school teacher from Manitoulin will be protesting at Queen’s Park on Monday over what he calls discreditable conduct by the island OPP.  Jason Thibault says his dispute with the police began nearly four years ago when he and his wife split up.  Thibault says evidence was manufactured to prosecute him and when this failed false accusations were made to the Children’s Aid Society.  Thibault claims the island police have contravened the Police Services Act and Criminal Code.  He wants the act changed so it can better deal with police misconduct.
