Kapuskasing is the last place police would expect to deal with a dangerous reptile. But that was the case Saturday, June 16th, when OPP officers were up against a three foot long crocodile. Police say they responded to a dangerous animal complaint on Government Road and came upon the reptile acting aggressively toward pedestrians. The animal was quickly dispatched and an investigation is underway as officers search for the animal’s owner. Police ask for any help from the public.
