Moose FM CHMT 93.1 - Timmins

Two more arrests have been made in relation to the robberies and break and enters in Timmins. Timmins Police report they have in custody, 28-year-old Richard Groulx, for the robberies at Kiddies Corner and Carole’s Variety convenience stores. Also arrested and in custody, 28-year-old Edward Spence. Police say they are continuing their investigations following a number of leads.
Groulx faces two counts of robbery with intent and two counts of disguise with intent. Meanwhile, Spence is charged for break and enters at J&B Cycle and Marine, Tweed & Hickory and Euro 71 clothing store. He faces two counts of possession of stolen property, three counts of breaking and entering, impersonation, carrying a concealed weapon, possession of dangerous weapons and breach of probation.
