Moose FM CHMT 93.1 - Timmins

The local teacher facing sexual offence charges is set to make her appearance in Timmins Provincial Court on March 27^th at 9:30am. Timmins Police issued a statement saying Kim Gervais was released by a Justice of the Peace under strict conditions on January 14^th, a day after her arrest. Gervais is charged with five counts of invitation to sexual touching, three counts of luring a child, two counts of sexual assault and two counts of sexual interference.
