Moose FM CHMS 97.7 - Bancroft

I’d call it the opening monologue but since Alec Baldwin and Steve Martin took the stage together I’d prefer to call it a “biologue”.  The better word is dialogue but I figured I’d come up with a new one for you.  Was it me or did it sound way too practiced?  We know that they are reading off Teleprompters but they couldn’t seem to have done a worse job at “acting” as if it was rolling off the top of their heads.  Maybe it was planned to be so.  Probably it wasn’t.  It was funny nonetheless although it could have been better.

I read a report that during the opening “biologue” George Clooney was playing stoned-faced.  He seemed more peeved off than anything, don’t you think?  Maybe he just doesn’t like being the center or attention even though he inevitably is.
