Quinte Health Care has appointed a new CEO.   Mary Clare Egberts will take over the position at the end of March, replacing Bruce Laughton.   Laughton is retiring after 11 years at the helm.   Egberts has extensive experience in health care.   Most recently she was the Chief Operating Officer at North York General Hospital and has held posts at Toronto East General and Markham Stoufville Hospitals.   Egberts says she is looking forward to working with the new Board of Directors at QHC.
