Man Charged With Forcible Confinement

North Bay police arrested a city man early Friday morning, after an incident in which another man was held in his home by a suspect wielding a knife. 27 year old Robin Shekanapish is charged with forcible confinement and extortion. Police say while the victim was confined the suspect demanded cocaine.
