Bracebridge’s leap year baby has been born. Teghan Maple Oliver entered the world this morning at 8:58am, weighing six pounds, 11 ounces. She joins her sister Tinsley who arrived eleven months ago. Teghan’s proud parents are Tara and Steven Oliver. Technically, because she was born on a leap year, Teghan will only be able to celebrate her birthday every four years.
