Moose FM CHPB 98.1 - Cochrane

After a rigorous review the Northern Ontario School of Medicine has received full accreditation for its educational program that leads to the MD degree for a period of eight years. Eight years is the maximum amount of time for accreditation. This comes on the heels of the review of the two NOSM campuses in Thunder Bay and Sudbury and Kapuskasing’s teaching site. The findings include the unique and innovative approach to medical education. The report also indicated that the sites, including Kapuskasing provide teaching facilities and student spaces that are exceptional for learning.
